How does it work?
You decide how you want to implement the program – either handle the vendor insurance along with registration or send them to us!  Here are some ways to set up a group vendor policy with Anthony Insurance Services:

Option A – Lowest Stress Option

Start the setup today!

Call AIS and request a group vendor program for your event.  AIS will create a prefilled application with your event’s insurance requirements then send you a link.  You can include a link on your wesbite or vendor handbook for vendors who need to purchase insurance.  The vendor purchases the online insurance policy and a copy is immediately emailed to you and the vendor. Done.

Option B – The Revenue Generator

Do you want to make some extra cash for your next event? You sign up and collect premium from vendors who need the coverage. We will send you a form to fill out for the vendor’s who need insurance  You can add on a fee to the base premium, send us a vendor roster and premium, and you keep the extra revenue generated!  Some events include the cost of insurance in their application/registration fees.  This way you are guarenteed each vendor who registers for your event is automatically covered!  See sample roster.
